Technical Director - Water Engineering
This is a key leadership role that requires technical expertise in water engineering and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in delivering complex engineering solutions in the water sector, including mechanical design, commissioning, and operations. They will also have a proven track record of leading teams through all project phases, from planning and options development to detailed design, specification preparation, procurement, construction support, commissioning, and operational handover.
The Technical Director will provide technical leadership during project delivery, collaborate with bid teams, work closely with procurement teams, build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, mentor junior staff, manage client relationships, evaluate tenders, develop contract documentation, and drive innovation on high-value projects.
