Senior HR Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to provide on-site generalist HR advice and support. The successful candidate will work closely with the General Manager & Office Manager to ensure adherence to employment laws, industrial relations regulations, and HR policies.

The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including local and overseas markets, as well as ensuring a smooth employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the business model and future resourcing needs.

2. Manage the recruitment process for local and overseas markets.
">
3. Ensure accurate and timely delivery of all aspects of the employee life cycle.
">
4. Liaise with relevant parties regarding apprentice sign-ups.
">
5. Develop and implement annual HR functional initiatives, including performance management processes, training, salary reviews, and talent management.
">
6. Provide timely ER/IR advice to stakeholders.
">
7. Develop and maintain legislatively compliant HR policies and procedures.
">
8. Maintain accurate human resources records and databases.
">

Requirements:

* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management or relevant experience.
">
* Minimum 8 years' experience as a Senior HR Advisor, preferably in manufacturing/engineering.
">
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
">
* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
">
* Discretion and confidentiality in handling employee information.
">
* Goal orientated and effective time management skills.
">
* Self-motivated and ability to work unsupervised.
">
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
