Here\'s what you\'re walking into
* Own and grow a portfolio of retainer and project clients across retail, events, agriculture, mining and more
* Bring strategic and creative thinking to every client conversation and help shape the direction of their work
* Manage projects spanning brand strategy, websites, campaigns, digital marketing and CRM implementation
* Inspire and mentor team members across the agency
* Spot growth opportunities and help clients maximise their marketing
* Contribute to strategy, briefs and proposals
You\'ll fit right in if...
* You\'ve got 4+ years in agency account management
* You genuinely care about your clients\' success, not just the deliverables
* You understand what digital can do to a client\'s bottom line
* You know how to take a strategy and turn it into work that gets real results
* You give your team the space and confidence to do their best work
* You want to be part of something that\'s building, not just maintaining
* You hold a Bachelor\'s degree as minimum educational qualification
* You have full Australian working rights and are eligible to work in Australia
* You have specific experience within the marketing and advertising industry
