Youth Water Safety Volunteer - Leavers 2026!

We're currently seeking passionate young people to help spread lifesaving messages at events and activations at the iconic Leavers event in Dunsborough this November!
Our Youth Water Safety volunteer crew will focus on promoting safe choices around water, especially in social settings where alcohol and other drugs might be involved. Volunteers will also help run the incredible Meelup BeachFest – an alcohol‐free, drug‐free, smoke‐free and vape‐free beach party during Leavers Week!
Whether you're interested in health, event planning, youth leadership, or just giving back, this is an awesome opportunity to learn, grow, and be part of something meaningful.
This is the perfect opportunity if you are:
* Studying a health‐related course
* Motivated and enthusiastic about promoting safety
* Looking to add valuable experience to your resume

Commitment:
One off - an event.
Time Required:
* 12th November: Half‐day training (Time TBC)
* 13th November: Half‐day training (Time TBC)
* 21st to 27th of November: Event week
Training:
You don't need to be a water safety expert—we'll hook you up with training, mentoring, and all the gear you need.
