We are looking for a proactive and motivated Quality Support Officer to become a valued member of our team. Under the supervision of the Manager – Quality, Innovation and Patient Safety, this role provides high quality administrative support, document control and compliance assistance, ensuring quality processes are accurate, timely and compliant with relevant standards.
Key responsibilities
* Monitor and review data accuracy in the document management system
* Manage document version control for Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions and policies
* Coordinate and schedule document review cycles
* Archive obsolete documents and maintain systems.
* Coordinate meetings, including preparation of agendas and meeting information for agreed meetings
* Assist the Manager with the maintenance and updating of evidence for accreditation standards

Key selection criteria
* Proven experience in a busy administration role, preferably within quality, compliance or technical environment
* Strong knowledge in Document Management Systems
* Experience in a customer service‐orientated environment with strong written and verbal communication skills
* Good organisational skills, high attention to detail, excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise
* High level of understanding of Quality processes
* High level of computer literacy in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
* Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, briefing notes and minutes for quality committee meetings
It is a requirement that a current Police Check (issued within last 6 months) is provided as part of the pre‐employment documentation.
