We have multiple exciting opportunities for dedicated Nurses to join our compassionate Rehabilitation, Aged and Palliative Care Department at Noarlunga Hospital starting in November 2025. About the role:
* Provide high-quality, patient-centred nursing care across rehabilitation, aged care, and palliative care settings
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
* Engage in ongoing professional development and mandatory training requirements
* Support junior staff and students through mentoring and clinical supervision as required
About you:
* Effective communication skills including, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
* Demonstrated competence in rehabilitative and geriatric nursing
* Bachelor / Diploma of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
* Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA)
