* Comprehensive assessment of planning permit applications to identify potential environmental impacts, followed by detailed reporting for Council and delegated decision-makers.
* Expert advice on environmental planning requirements will be provided to developers, consultants, and the public, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
* Collaboration with government agencies and authorities on environmental matters related to land use and development, including referrals and consultations.
* Support with investigations and enforcement actions for breaches involving environmental issues, including preparation of cases for VCAT.
Key Responsibilities
