Position
Due to growth, an Internal Sales / Counter Sales opportunity has become available within a busy and well‐established branch in Mandurah.
Responsibilities
* Providing exceptional customer service to trade and wholesale customers.
* Managing phone, email, and counter sales enquiries.
* Preparing quotations and processing customer orders.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with contractors and trade clients.
* Assisting with branch operations and supporting the external sales team.
* Identifying opportunities to upsell products and grow existing accounts.
* Working closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge of electrical products or the trade wholesale industry.
* Previous internal sales, counter sales, or customer service experience.
* Excellent communication and relationship‐building skills.
* Ability to work in a fast‐paced branch environment.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Motivated, reliable, and team‐oriented attitude.
