The Position
Hands-on role for an organised and experienced Head Chef, leading a team to deliver exceptional daily meals and events
Oversee catering operations and stock controls, ensuring OH&S and HACCP compliance with a strong focus on minimising waste
Manage food forecasting, ordering, and stock control processes
Champion food safety and quality, with close attention to allergens and dietary requirements
The Person
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (minimum)
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role within high-volume or structured environments
Confident leader with proven experience in training, developing, and engaging teams
Expert knowledge of HACCP, allergen protocols, and food safety practices
Highly organised, proactive, and able to remain calm under pressure
