About the role:
We are looking for a commercially savvy, digitally drivenNational Account Managerto supercharge our eCommerce and Omni-channel growth within our Grocery partners such as Woolworths and Coles, while unlocking new business across their subsidiary networks.
Our office is located inNorwest.
We operate a hybrid working model of 2 days WFH and 3 days in the office.
What you'll be responsible for:
Drive eCommerce and omni-channel growth across Grocery Retailers like Woolworths and Coles.
Build and grow new business opportunities within grocery subsidiaries.
Lead digital activation plans, optimise online content, and analyse performance metrics to fuel growth.
Partner cross-functionally to deliver NPD launches, digital campaigns, and shopper activations.
Manage budgets, forecasts, trade spend and margin growth.
Coordinate key projects, trade shows and initiatives.
Influence stakeholders and represent SBA in retailer and internal leadership forums.
What you'll bring to the role:
Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or equivalent commercial experience.
FMCG sales, marketing or category experience preferred.
Strong eCommerce capability.
Exceptional analytical skills.
Proven relationship builder with cross-functional and retailer teams.
Confident communicator able to simplify data and influence decisions.
Strong project, time-management and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
