The new health service will provide people with the best possible care with services that support them throughout their lives. The merger will also strengthen our workforce, providing new training, education and career opportunities. Subject to final approval on 1 January ****, all employees from the five health services will transfer to Bayside Health.

About Our Team
Alfred Infant Child and Youth Area Mental Health and Wellbeing Service is friendly to infants, children, young people and their families/carers. We provide accessible mental health services inclusive of family, friends and support networks. We are a specialist, multi-disciplinary and intensive care mental health service incorporating the lived and living experience of family peer specialists and youth peer workers. Our service is divided into two streams 0-11 and ***** years, and includes specialist services in the areas of perinatal care, neurodevelopmental presentations, eating disorders and outreach support. What You'll Be Doing
Provide case management, clinical assessment, intervention and discharge planning for infants and children aged 0-11 years and their families who experience emotional, behavioural and mental health difficulties.
About You
Approved tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and eligibility for membership of AHPRA (or the appropriate professional body). Please see the position description for more information.
