Coordinate and lead structural maintenance and QA activities under the Asset Integrity Program
Develop detailed work packs aligned with engineering, SAP, and AIMS priorities
Collaborate with Protective Coatings Coordinator and Execution Supervisors
Manage remediation schedules, SAP notifications, and documentation
Attend planning meetings and contribute to pre-read schedules
Track defect progress and ensure timely close-out
Support budgeting and resource planning
Supervise Project Supervisors to ensure safe, compliant execution
Verify and archive completed remediation documentation
Ensure compliance evidence is captured and stored
Maintain knowledge of BMA-PRO-**** and relevant standards
Manage training compliance via a dedicated matrix
Ensure the plant is returned to BAU in better condition
Promote high standards and continuous improvement
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in structural maintenance coordination or asset integrity
Strong understanding of SAP workflows and engineering documentation
Familiarity with Australian and ISO standards
Excellent stakeholder communication and planning skills
Ability to lead teams and mentor across disciplines
Commitment to safety and quality assurance
Experience with budget and resource management
Knowledge of QA/QC processes
