Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a portfolio of health sector SME clients, delivering tailored banking solutions.
* Drive new-to-bank acquisition and business development across priority client segments.
* Deepen existing relationships to expand share of wallet and improve client outcomes.
* Lead complex lending conversations and structure integrated financial solutions.
* Build and maintain strong industry networks and referral channels to fuel growth.
Qualifications
* Proven business development and acquisition track record within a Tier 1 banking environment.
* Deep health industry expertise with established networks and client relationships.
* Strong experience managing complex client portfolios (AUD 5m–75m turnover).
* Commercially driven with the ability to identify and convert growth opportunities.
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement, influencing and relationship management capability.
