As a Sales Assistant, You'll
* Deliver a memorable customer experience by understanding individual needs and recommending the right footwear and apparel
* Collaborate with your team to achieve sales goals and KPIs
* Assist with stock processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising
* Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch online orders
* Maintain store presentation and cleanliness to Merrell's high standards
* Bring energy, positivity, and a love for adventure to every shift
Skills And Experience
We're looking for someone who:
* Has previous retail or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
* Shows genuine interest in outdoor activities, adventure, and performance footwear
* Thrives in a collaborative, energetic team environment
* Is self‐motivated and eager to meet and exceed sales targets
* Is adaptable, reliable, and open to learning and feedback
