About the Role
Bond University is looking for an experienced Learning & Development professional to design and deliver inclusive, evidence-based multi-modal learning solutions that enhance staff experience.
Main Responsibilities
• Design and deliver tiered leadership offerings, bespoke learning solutions, capability frameworks, and practical tools to guide people's learning journeys.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts to formulate and co-create evidence-based learning solutions that drive business outcomes.
• Contribute to projects that elevate the People Experience for staff at Bond.
Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in L&D, HR, or related field (essential). Demonstrated experience in professional corporate staff-focused learning and development. Expertise in instructional design, adult learning, and universal design principles. Sound facilitation skills and ability to create psychologically safe learning environments. Proficiency in digital learning tools and willingness to learn emerging technologies.
