We are seeking a Certificate III Educator to join our team at Mildura West Kindergarten, providing high-quality outcomes and a safe learning environment for children. The successful applicant will support play-based learning programs, build warm relationships with children, families, and colleagues, and create inclusive environments that foster growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
* SUPPORTING CHILD DEVELOPMENT: Assist in planning and implementing play-based learning programs that cater to individual needs and abilities.
* BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS: Establish strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a supportive and inclusive environment.
* CREATING SAFE ENVIRONMENTS: Design and maintain safe, inclusive spaces that promote physical, emotional, and social well-being.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* CERTIFICATE III IN EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION AND CARE (OR CURRENT STUDY TOWARDS IT)
* A GENUINE INTEREST IN SUPPORTING CHILD DEVELOPMENT AND COMMITMENT TO ONGOING LEARNING
* CURRENT FIRST AID, CPR, ASTHMA, AND ANAPHYLAXIS CERTIFICATIONS (OR WILLINGNESS TO OBTAIN)
