Are You the Right Fit?

You'll thrive in this role if you bring a blend of clinical expertise, teamwork, and a genuine commitment to exceptional perioperative care.

* Experience in Peri-operative Nursing across specialties such as General Surgery, Orthopaedics, Endoscopy, Hand Trauma, and Obstetrics & Gynaecology or anaesthetics.
* Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast‐paced setting.
* A collaborative, reliable, and professional approach to working within a multidisciplinary team.
* Commitment to patient advocacy and delivering safe, high‐quality, patient‐centred care, with full Australian working rights.

Selection Criteria

* Demonstrated evidence of the use of critical thinking as it relates to the delivery of evidenced based nursing care and how have you demonstrated professionalism, conflict resolution skills, and active participation in safety,risk management and quality improvement?
* Demonstrated understanding of competency-based assessment with experience in education / clinical teaching and developing clinical programs based on adult learning principles.

How do you approach communication within a multidisciplinary team? Can you provide an example of how your interpersonal skills contributed to resolving a clinical challenge or improving patient outcomes?
