What you will be doing
The Workers' Compensation Case Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of workers' compensation claims for injured workers within a self-insured framework. This role involves coordinating medical care, facilitating return-to-work programs, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Case Manager collaborates with medical providers, employees, and management to promote a protected and efficient work environment.
Education
Desired: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years in workers' compensation case management, preferably in a self‐insured environment.
Skills
* Strong knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
