About the role
Join the dynamic team at Brigid's Light Early Learning Centre (part of the Sandhurst Catholic Early Childhood Education and Care family) as a part-time Administration Officer based in Echuca, VIC. In this critical role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the organisation and the delivery of high-quality early childhood education and care services.
What you'll be doing
* Providing a wide range of general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and answering phone enquiries
* Assisting with the processing and management of staff and student records
* Coordinating the organisation of meetings, events, and other activities
* Supporting the management team with various administrative tasks and projects
* Maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
* Ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations
What we're looking for
* Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in an education or childcare setting
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
* Demonstrated attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
* A keen interest in supporting the education and well-being of young children
