About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing generalist HR advice, support and guidance on people-related policies and procedures.
You will engage with key stakeholders to manage day-to-day HR queries and provide support on contract generation, mobilisation/demobilisation, pre-employment activities.
Daily Responsibilities
1. HR Advice and Support: Provide expert guidance on people-related policies and procedures.
2. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders to manage day-to-day HR queries.
3. Contract Management: Support contract generation, mobilisation/demobilisation, and pre-employment activities.
4. Training Needs: Identify and address training needs at a corporate and site-based level.
5. Project Support: Assist with HR-related projects as required.
