About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a Media Coordinator/Executive to join a collaborative media team, supporting the planning and delivery of integrated campaigns. Reporting into senior media leadership, you will play a key role in the day‐to‐day management and execution of media campaigns, ensuring they are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time. This hands‐on role is suited to someone with at least one year of marketing or client management experience, looking to build a long‐term career in media planning, buying, and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the delivery and management of media campaigns across multiple channels
* Compile and deliver campaign reports using platforms such as Looker Studio, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite
* Ensure campaign tracking is correctly implemented and functioning across platforms
* Coordinate and manage creative assets, liaising with internal teams and external suppliers
* Create advertising specifications and ensure accurate campaign setup
* Assist in developing media plans and recommendations for small to mid‐sized clients across digital, print, and out‐of‐home channels
* Produce monthly campaign reports, including performance insights and recommendations
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns meet timelines and objectives
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with both internal teams and external partners
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, media, or client management
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* High attention to detail and effective time management
* Understanding of media channels, including digital, press, and out‐of‐home
* Confident communicator with the ability to engage with stakeholders
* Proactive, team‐oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
* Property industry experience is beneficial but not essential
