Your new day to day
* Map current and future finance processes, capturing pain points and improvement ideas.
* Run workshops and interviews with finance and other teams to draw out how work really happens.
* Turn business needs into clear requirements, process documents and simple visuals stakeholders can follow.
* Spot opportunities to simplify, standardise, automate and strengthen finance processes and controls.
* Support the finance ERP project with process design, testing support and readiness activities through to go‐live.
* Provide transformation leadership, guiding leaders and teams with consultation, communication, training and ongoing support so the change is understood, adopted and sustained.
What you'll need
* 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting Finance Transformation and/or ERP Implementation.
* Strong capability in process mapping, process design and clear documentation.
* Solid understanding of core finance processes such as GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, budgeting and reporting.
* Practical change mindset, with the ability to ask the right questions, draw out information and guide people through better ways of working.
* Confident, collaborative style with the courage to give guidance and advice while building strong relationships.
* Comfortable working with different teams and topics, staying organised and focused on what matters most.
* FMCG or agriculture experience, or similar complex, product‐based environments, is ideal.
