About the role
As a Host, your welcoming smile, natural energy and helpful nature will help customers feel welcome and comfortable while they explore the BOUNCE venue. The role ensures each customer has an awesome and safe time from the moment they enter to the moment they leave.
Responsibilities
* Welcome guests and create a fun, energetic atmosphere.
* Assist with hosting kids' parties, school groups, dodgeball games and first‐time jumpers.
* Maintain safety and adhere to venue policies.
* Engage with customers of all ages and promote BOUNCE experiences.
Training & Development
BOUNCE provides a thorough training program covering venue operations, barista skills, basic trampoline skills, party and group hosting, L2/Senior First Aid, and responsible service of alcohol. For those keen, there are opportunities to advance into team leadership and coaching roles.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Must be at least 15 years old.
* Working with Children check required.
* Weekend availability required.
* Friendly, encouraging, and inspiring customer‐service attitude.
