Position Summary
A Helpdesk Support Technician & AV Technician is responsible for dealing with troubleshooting and administration of Ruyton systems and end users. This role requires an entry level of technical knowledge about Ruyton systems, processes and operating environment.
The Helpdesk Support Technician & AV Technician assists in technical aspects of performance events within the theatre, providing effective sound, lighting and technical support to ensure optimum efficiency and success in the presentation of all productions, performances, rehearsals and events.
Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to work flexible hours to suit performing arts and music productions and event times, some of which will be in the evenings and on weekends.
The Helpdesk Support & AV Technician role is a full-time ongoing position. We are seeking a candidate who can commence immediately, however, a mutually agreeable start date may be negotiated with the preferred applicant.
