Join Buildcert as an Inbound Sales Specialist in our Client Engagement Team, where you’ll drive business growth, build strong client relationships, and take your career to the next level.
Responsibilities
- Managing inbound enquiries and associated processes
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Conducting outbound calls to support growth across diverse markets
- Monitoring leads and securing growth opportunities
- Supporting the Business Development Manager in coordinating meetings with new prospects
- Contributing to our strategic growth plan by achieving targets and objectives
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Ensuring CRM data and customer accounts are accurate and up to date
About You
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and build relationships
- A proactive approach to uncovering new business opportunities
- Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to quickly learn recent systems
- Dedication to delivering high-quality customer service
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Meticulous attention to detail
- A current driver’s license and legal work rights in Australia
- Experience in a display home environment or similar building industry roles
