Overview
As the first point of contact, you will build strong customer relationships through face‐to‐face and online interaction in our Busselton showroom, demonstrating product knowledge to clients, families and allied health professionals seeking mobility equipment to support their cohesive journey with rehabilitation, aging and disability needs.

Role Title: Showroom Consultant
Location: Busselton, Western Australia, Australia
Hours: Monday – Friday, Full Time Permanent
Reporting: Branch Manager
Skills & Qualifications
* Previous customer service and/or administration experience
* Clinical experience or a background in allied health is desirable
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Active listening and problem‐solving skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Adept at navigating computer systems to manage customer interactions and records
* Ability to remain composed in a fast‐paced and varied work environment
* Reasonable physical fitness to assist with showroom product displays and movement
* Willingness to provide and obtain relevant checks (e.g. Police checks, NDIS Worker Screening check)
Duties & Responsibilities
* Greet customers, delivering excellent customer service with a person‐centred approach
* Attend to online customer queries in a timely and efficient manner
* Liaise with allied health professionals and government funding bodies in a professional manner
* Generate quotes and orders using computer‐based software in alignment with Aidacare's policies and procedures, ensuring relevant funding approval is obtained
* Provide clear communication with customers and liaise with our internal delivery team to ensure efficient delivery and supply of orders
* Learn and stay up‐to‐date with our products and services and use this knowledge to enhance customer experience
* Maintain showroom inventory and presentation as required
