We're seeking a motivated and organised Junior Commercial Property Manager to join our growing team at LJ Hooker Southern Gold Coast.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to develop their career in commercial real estate within a structured, supportive and high performing environment. You'll work closely with experienced Property Managers and gain exposure across retail, industrial and office assets throughout the southern Gold Coast.
Real estate experience is highly regarded, however we're also open to candidates with strong administration, customer service or property related backgrounds who are eager to learn.

About the Role
This is a hands‐on support role designed to develop the foundations of commercial property management.
Working alongside our experienced team, you will assist with the day‐to‐day management of commercial properties while learning the operational, compliance and relationship management aspects of the industry.
This role offers genuine career progression into a portfolio management position.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with the day‐to‐day management of commercial properties
* Respond to landlord and tenant enquiries in a professional and timely manner
* Coordinate maintenance requests and contractor work
* Assist with inspections, reporting and follow up actions
* Support lease administration, renewals and compliance processes
* Maintain accurate records within CRM and property management systems
* Assist with arrears follow up and general property administration
* Prepare correspondence, reports and documentation
* Support the Property Management team with operational and administrative tasks
* Contribute to a professional, organised and team focused environment
About You
* Previous experience in real estate, administration, customer service or a related field highly regarded
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills
* High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
* Professional presentation and a positive attitude
* Eager to learn and build a long‐term career in commercial property
* Competent with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
* Experience with property management software or CRM systems advantageous
* Already have or are completing your QLD real estate registration certificate
