An exciting full-time oppurtunity exists for a Duty Manger to take charge of the day to day operations at the Shepparton RSL Sub Branch Inc. The role is hands on, overseeing a passionate team and delivering exceptionally high service standards to our 11,000+ members and guests.

The role requires availability across 7 days a week, working a rotating roster with a combination of days, nights and weekends with a weekend off every 3 weeks.

What you'll be doing:

* Manage daily operations of the club, always ensuring a seamless member and guest experience.
* Ensure adherence to all Club policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
* Provide exceptional customer service, proactively resolving guest issues and concerns.
* Lead, train and motivate staff to consistently deliver high standards of service, presentation & cleanliness.
* Monitor financial performance, including cash handling, daily reconciliations and inventory management.
* Plan and assist in the execution of Club events, promotions and operational initiatives.
* Monitor & report on key operational and financial performance indicators to support business growth.
* Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

What we are looking for:

* Minimum 2 years experience in a similar Duty Manager or senior hospitality management role.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
* Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) & Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) certifications, TAB (Vic) accreditation and VGCCC Gaming Industry License.
* Excellent customer service skills and the ability to professionally resolve conflict and issues.
* Sound financial management and inventory control experience, working closely with our finance team.
* Solid understanding of hospitality industry regulations and compliance requirements, with a focus on VGCCC regulations and procedures.
* Strong communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
* Flexibility to work across 7 days a week operation.
