ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
If you are passionate about marketing, creativity, and collaboration, there is an exciting opportunity for you as we are currently seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Executive, the successful candidate will support all aspects of the administration and coordination of marketing activities.
With strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset, you will assist in the local implementation of the global strategy across commercial, marketing, and media initiatives, while ensuring brand consistency and operational excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
General Administration
* Assist with creating and maintaining collaterals and creative assets (EDM's, presentations and eCommerce contents).
* Undertake general administrative activities such as responding to emails, drafting communications, working with creatives, supporting any finance related activities such as raising purchase orders and processing invoices.
Event Management
* Assist the marketing team in coordinating event-related activities, including liaising with venues and coordinating food, drinks, music, and visuals.
* Assist with the setup and pack down of events and support key logistical activities as required.
PR and Media Relations Support
* Draft and circulate press releases, media alerts, and other PR communications to relevant media contacts, under the guidance of the Marketing Director.
* Assist in maintaining and updating media contact lists.
* Coordinate the delivery of product samples to media for reviews and features.
* Monitor media coverage of TAG Heuer and competitors, compiling reports for the marketing team.
* Support the coordination of media interviews and press events.
* Assist in compiling regular reports on advertising and PR campaign performance, including reach, engagement, and ROI.
Retail and Trade Marketing
* Assist the marketing team in coordinating VM related activities. This may entail coordinating all aspects of a marketing activation.
* Support the Boutique Manager and the Retail team as required and provide marketing related materials/tools as requested.
* Be available to support boutique and trade team with window and SIS installations.
* Fulfill Account Management (AM) requests for VM / POS / display material and book installations and coordinate repairs and maintenance to TAG Heuer corners and SIS's as requested by AMs in timely manner.
Budget Management
* Assist the Marketing team in tracking marketing expenditure against approved budgets.
* Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions related to marketing activities, including advertising, PR, and events.
* Generate and process Purchase Orders (POs) for all marketing-related goods and services, ensuring compliance with company procurement policies.
Ad-hoc
* Undertake all reasonable requests as directed by the Marketing & Communications Executive and Marketing Director.

To be successful in this position, you will possess the following:
* Bachelor of Marketing or Business and/or some relevant experience ideally in a retail business.
* High proficiency in all MS suits such as Words, Excel and PowerPoint and demonstrate experience working with Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator is highly desirable.
* Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a 'can-do' attitude.
* Team player; creative and passionate.
* Highly motivated with an intrinsic desire to strive for excellence and shows initiative and wants to keep raising the bar.
* Able to work independently and flexibly to accommodate changing business needs.
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team setting and work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
