Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the design and delivery of construction projects across various sectors.
Major Responsibilities:
* Manage project teams, including design consultants, head contractors, and other stakeholders.
* Coordinate design phases from concept to construction documentation.
* Prepare tender documents and scope of work for consultants, suppliers, and contractors.
* Identify strategic partnerships and engage with industry stakeholders.
* Budget and cost management of projects.
* Program management of projects.
* Manage Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) on projects.
Key Selection Criteria:
* Tertiary qualifications in a construction-related field or engineering services.
* At least 5 years of relevant project management experience, including government projects.
* Strong technical skills in mechanical and electrical services, fit-out projects, and contract documentation/administration.
* Able to think strategically and solve problems.
* Excellent communication and client presentation skills.
* Self-motivated, confident, and well-organized.
Required Skills and Qualifications

* Communication and customer relationship management skills.
* Project management and service delivery skills.
* Negotiation skills.
* Experience in facilities management or a related field.
* Knowledge of government procurement processes.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP).
