Zippy Rentals are looking for motivated and reliable team members to join our fun, fast-paced vehicle hire company in Joondalup.
This role is a true 50/50 split between vehicle cleaning/fleet presentation and office administration/customer service. If you enjoy variety, staying organized, and being hands‐on, we'd love to hear from you!
Hours
Monday to Friday: 7.45am–4:00pm
Saturday: 7:00am–12:00pm
Saturday shifts rotate.
About the Role
You'll spend half your time assisting in the office with bookings, customer enquiries, and daily admin tasks and the other half ensuring our vehicles are clean, presentable, and ready for hire. This role suits someone who enjoys switching between hands‐on work and administrative responsibilities throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration & Customer Service (50%)
* Answer phone and email enquiries
* Handle bookings, paperwork, and general office admin
Vehicle Cleaning & Fleet Support (50%)
* Clean, wash, and prepare vehicles to a high standard
* Perform basic vehicle checks and maintain fleet readiness
* Assist with vehicle pick‐ups and returns
Requirements
* Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
* Confident communication and customer service abilities
* Ability to balance physical work with office tasks
* Driver's license required (manual an advantage)
* Reliable, self‐motivated, and able to work in a team
