Role Overview
As a Member of the Support Services Centre team you will report to the Customer Service Team Lead.
Essential Responsibilities
* Manage all customer service enquiries and requests, including resource reservations, maintenance work orders, and general knowledge inquiries regarding Alice Springs.
* Collaborate with the SSC Planning and Scheduling team to create SAP work order notifications, close out work orders, and monitor SAP and Manage Engine dashboards.
* Manage site office operations: room and phone payments, Wi‐Fi passwords, online accounts, locker assignments, and facility reservations.
* Administer work order processes: close‐outs, scanning, and scheduling.
* Handle Customer Engineer requests from walk‐ins, phone calls, and emails.
* Assist with SAP work order creation and management for O&M and other department operations.
* Produce general reporting as required.
* Maintain portal content and uploads for the SSC department.
* Ensure compliance with all site environmental, health and safety requirements.
* Perform any other reasonable duties as requested.
Qualifications
* Minimum essential experience with SAP and computer software applications.
* Ability to work with minimal supervision.
* Experience working as part of a dedicated team.
* Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong administrative skills.
* Diploma or degree in Business Administration or an equivalent field.
* Administrator‐level SAP experience.
* Records management experience.
* Capability to develop innovative solutions.
* Experience writing and developing policies and procedures.
Tickets & Licences
* Valid driver's licence.
Experience and Skills
* 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
Work Environment
* Desk‐based and sedentary work.
* Ability to lift items up to 5 kg occasionally.
Security Clearance
* Empirical clearance required: Top‐Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) Department of Defence Security Clearance (Australian) or TS/SCI (U.S.) clearance with Polygraph.
* Employees must obtain and retain the appropriate level of security clearance and medical clearance applicable to each role.
Statement of Work Requirements
* At least 18 years of age.
* Fluent reading, writing, and speaking in English.
EHS Requirement
* All personnel responsible for understanding and complying with site environmental, health and safety requirements.
* Complete work tasks safely and report unsafe conditions to supervisors or EHS manager.
* Continuously adhere to EHS handbook procedures during work performance.
* Right to "STOP WORK" if a task is unsafe.
Quality Requirement
* Participants must conform to the company's Quality Program and carry out job activities in compliance with quality system documents and customer contracts.
