Job Title: Transformation and Implementation Lead
The role involves leading the Strategic Leadership, Unified Initiatives function. Reporting directly to the Chief Airspace Network Officer, you will be accountable for planning, delivering, and executing a portfolio of projects that enable Aerodromes, Airspace, and Networks teams to implement strategic change.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and inspire teams behind the change plan, elevating conversations to focus on performance and outcomes.
* Drive enterprise alignment by connecting planned activities with upstream and downstream stakeholders to maximise collective impact.
* Manage and mentor program managers, project managers, and delivery teams to achieve organisational and functional objectives.
* Prepare and present materials for Board, Executive Leadership Team, and Portfolio Board meetings, ensuring clarity and alignment on decisions and priorities.
* Collaborate across portfolios to identify efficiencies and optimise organisational performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in business strategy, engagement, cultural alignment, and change management.
* A track record of delivering large-scale transformation projects in complex organisations.
* Expertise in portfolio, program, and project management principles.
* Ability to critically review and accelerate initiatives, ensuring sustainable benefits.
* Deep knowledge of transformation methodologies.
* Relevant qualifications in Business or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
