Job Description
As a Case Worker, you will be responsible for delivering day-to-day case work, including education, interventions, group work, assessments, and referrals. You will also develop, implement, and monitor individual treatment plans, maintaining accurate documentation and reports.
The successful candidate will have minimum Diploma-level qualification in AOD, Community Services, Case Management, or related field. Additionally, they will have completion of the 4 AOD Skill Set Units (or willingness to complete during employment), at least 2 years' experience in recovery or related services, and strong skills in managing unpredictable situations using effective de-escalation techniques.
