MSS Security is currently seeking part-time security officers to support operations at Stockland in Hervey Bay. This role focuses on maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff, retailers, and visitors by delivering professional customer service, conducting regular patrols, and ensuring compliance with site procedures and company protocols.
* Foot patrols, monitor and use of CCTV and radio communications systems
* Respond to incidents and perform fire warden duties
* Liaise with police and emergency response services
* Escort staff and customers where required
* Perform concierge duties
* Maintain logs and records of occurrences, completing necessary paperwork
* Respond professionally, courteously, and promptly to all customer enquiries
Skills & Experience
* Current QLD Security Licence – unarmed, crowd control and monitoring
* Completed a Certificate II (or higher) in Security Operations
* Current First Aid and CPR certificate
* Current open driver license
* Full working rights in Australia
* Intermediate computer skills
Master licence – 41299
