About The Role The Production Operator role is a Full-Time position, based at Coopers Plains, QLD. Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager you will be responsible for the operation of the Gyprock workstations and the efficient production of Gyprock, while maintaining quality, low cost, and safe work practices. In This Role You Will Champion a safety-first culture within the factory in pursuit of a zero-harm environment ensuring to Never Walk PastEnsure adequate raw material levels to run the schedule including the preparation of PBL reelsAdherence with approved formulation and process settingsQuality Assurance testing consistent with National testing matrix requirementsProcess manipulation as required to achieve product specifications eg formulation adjustment, dressing of scoring wheels.Production and quality data to be recorded and entered directly into CSR's online systems.Forklift driving required for this role.
