Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team in leading and mentoring staff while fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
The successful candidate will have proven ability to lead, support staff, and design engaging educational programs aligned with the EYLF or OSHC frameworks. Strong understanding of compliance standards and excellent interpersonal skills are also essential for this role.

* Leadership & Team Management: Proven leadership abilities, mentorship, and collaboration with colleagues to achieve common goals.
* Program Planning & Delivery: Skilled in designing and implementing high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of children and their families.
* Compliance & Quality Assurance: Understanding of NQS, EYLF, and Education and Care Services National Regulations with demonstrated ability to uphold and lead compliance standards.
* Communication & Relationship Management: Excellent interpersonal communication and conflict-resolution skills; building strong relationships with staff, children, and families.
* Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Making informed decisions to promote staff and children's wellbeing.
Requirements for This Position Are:
* Australian Citizenship or valid working rights in Australia.
* Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching qualification.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a leadership position, including Lead Educator, Group Leader, Early Childhood Teacher, Centre Director, or OSHC Coordinator.
* Current Blue Card, First Aid Certificate, and Child Protection and Safety training.
* Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
