Perth, a city in western Australia, is home to our team of dedicated travel nurses. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join us in this challenging yet rewarding role.
As a travel nurse, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating telehealth consults with general practitioners, geriatricians, and physicians. You will work closely with our team to ensure that residents receive the right care at the right time.
You will be working on-site at aged care facilities during scheduled shifts, supporting residents and staff directly while coordinating telehealth consults. Although technology is used to connect with clinicians remotely, this is not a work-from-home role.

* Coordinate and support telehealth rounds in aged care facilities across multiple regions
* Liaise with GPs, specialists, and on-site nursing staff to deliver seamless care
* Manage schedules, documentation, and follow-ups using smart technology (tablet/laptop provided)
* Build strong relationships with facility staff and residents
* Support the ongoing growth of our service model through collaboration and communication
Requirements
* AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse
* Minimum 2 years experience
* Aged care experience
* Strong IT skills
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* A current driver's license and reliable vehicle
