Located just 100 metres from the beach and parks on the iconic Mooloolaba Spit, our venue blends contemporary coastal charm with an exciting Japanese Fusion menu. Our cuisine is seafood dominant, complemented by an amazing steakhouse offering with the finest cuts available. The product is truly sensational, crafted to deliver an elevated dining experience.
We are open 7 days for lunch and dinner daily from 11:30am until late, and proudly feature an extensive wine list of over 350 labels and 40 available by the glass, curated by our dedicated sommeliers.
About the Role
As a Section Waiter, you will be entrusted with managing your own section and ensuring guests enjoy a seamless, professional, and welcoming experience. From refined table service to professional wine presentation, you will play a key role in upholding the high standards we are known for.
You will also work closely with our sommelier team to deliver a wine service that complements our world-class food offering, giving you the opportunity to expand your knowledge of an extensive and award-worthy wine program.

Skills & Experience Required
* Solid understanding of food and wine pairing
* Experience managing your own section in an elegant dining environment
* Minimum 6–12 months of experience as a section waiter in elegant dining
* Passion for customer service and a natural ability to engage with guests
* Familiarity with advanced service techniques and a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Australian work rights are required for this position
