Esperance Anglican Community School (EACS) is seeking a reliable and capable Food Services team member to manage the preparation and service of evening meals for boarding students and staff. This is a role suited to someone who is organised, efficient, and confident working autonomously in a commercial kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve evening meals for boarding students and staff
* Plan and organise meal preparation for service times
* Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness
* Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements
Candidate Profile
* Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality is preferred
* Confident working independently and managing kitchen operations for the evening meal
* Strong organisation and time management skills
* Taking pride in preparing quality meals and maintaining a clean workspace
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
* Hold, or willing to obtain, relevant food handling certifications
