What You'll Be Doing
* Lead the development and co‐design of accredited training products
* Apply national VET frameworks including TPOF, AQF and ACSF
* Ensure alignment with Qualifications Reform and quality design principles
* Develop Companion Volume Implementation Guides (CVIGs) and educator support materials
* Provide technical advice to external writers and contractors
* Engage RTOs, educators and industry stakeholders through consultation and validation
* Contribute to training package scoping, rationalisation and quality assurance
* Coordinate compliance checks and ensure consistency across products
What You'll Bring
* Demonstrated knowledge of training packages, assessment and compliance
* Proven project delivery capability in complex, multi‐stakeholder environments
* Exceptional attention to detail and quality standards
* Clear, confident communication—able to translate technical content into plain English

Even Better
* Experience in ICT, Finance (FNS) or Business (BSB) training packages
* Familiarity with Asana, HubSpot or GenAI tools
* Experience working on government‐funded programs
* Experience supporting under‐represented cohorts
