The Role:
As part of a newly formed marketing team, the team are looking for an Ecommerce Content Specialist who will collaborate closely with the merchandising team. You will utilise analytics to monitor traffic, customer behaviour, sales trends, and feedback to gain customer insights. You will ensure that merchandise plans support key strategic initiatives, launches, top sellers, seasonal campaigns, and trends.
About You:
Strong experience working across CMS platforms, ideally Drupal or BigCommerce
Experience working for an ecommerce brand
Web merchandising experience would be very beneficial but is not a necessity
