Our client operates with a strong emphasis on family values, trust, and excellence. With an expanding client base, the company is now seeking a Client Services Officer (Financial Planning) to join their team and support continued growth.
About the Role
This is a hands‐on role supporting financial advisers and ensuring all client advice is implemented smoothly, accurately, and in line with compliance requirements.
You will play a critical role across the full advice implementation process, including managing applications, rollovers, and ongoing client servicing requirements across superannuation, investments, and insurance.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and submit superannuation, insurance, and investment applications
* Manage super rollovers, contributions, and fund‐related requests
* Prepare and process fee consent forms and ongoing service documentation
* Support financial advisers with client review preparation, including data gathering, reporting and documentation
* Manage post‐review implementation, ensuring all agreed strategies are actioned correctly
* Liaise with product providers, platforms, insurers, and funds to progress client outcomes
* Maintain accurate client records and workflows in CRM systems
* Ensure all work is completed in line with compliance and best practice standards
About You
* Previous experience within a financial planning firm in a Client Services or Paraplanning role
* Strong working knowledge of superannuation, investment platforms, and personal insurance
* Proven experience managing end‐to‐end implementation of advice
* RG146 qualification
* High attention to detail and robust organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a structured environment
* Confident communication skills with a professional approach
* Experience with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot)
* Progress towards or completion of a Diploma or Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning
