As a Team Leader, utilize your empathy, experience, and passion to deliver services that address the social, physical, psychological, and financial impacts of workplace injuries and illnesses. Collaborate with a dedicated team to seamlessly guide individuals through recovery, helping them return to improved health and productivity faster.
Responsibilities
* Lead and coach a team of dedicated consultants.
* Supervise team performance and maintain quality assurance.
* Identify new opportunities and areas for growth within the organisation.
* Provide mentorship and training to junior staff.
* Guide case management practices while managing your own caseload.
* Identify and address barriers to Return to Work and design, implement, and monitor programmes assisting injured employees back to the workforce.

Qualifications
* At least 2 years experience in workers' compensation, rehabilitation, and occupational health and safety legislation.
* Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Nursing, Psychology or Social Work.
* Full AHPRA registration or ESSA clearance.
* Unrestricted Australian working rights.
* Current driver's licence and fully insured vehicle.
