* Support team effectiveness and customer outcomes, including recruitment, onboarding, rostering, performance management, and resolving escalated customer matters in partnership with the Sales Manager
* Translate national business objectives into clear, actionable plans by collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve sales processes, cross‐functional ways of working, and product development
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key external partners and internal teams, including land developers and marketing, to support brand consistency, successful promotions, and aligned product offerings
* Provide market‐driven insights and strategic direction by analysing competitor activity and customer behaviour, adapting sales strategies to current and future conditions, and evaluating the feasibility of new market opportunities to inform actionable business decisions
About you

You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger. In addition, you will demonstrate:

* Proven experience in a similar role (Project Marketing Sales/Residential Sales experience ideal)

* Transformational and values driven leadership style
