Responsibilities
* Craft and serve a variety of specialty coffee beverages with precision and flair.
* Ensure consistent quality in every cup, paying attention to details such as espresso extraction, milk texturing, and latte art.
* Collaborate closely with the donut dream team to deliver seamless customer experiences.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, equipment, and work area.
* Assist in training and mentoring junior baristas to develop their skills and uphold high standards.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a barista in a fast‐paced café or coffee shop environment.
* Expertise in espresso extraction, milk steaming, latte art, and coffee brewing techniques.
* In‐depth knowledge of different coffee beans, roasts, and flavor profiles.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to create connections and engage with customers.
* Excellent time‐management skills and ability to thrive in a high‐volume setting.
* Flexibility to work shifts covering all 7 days of the week, including early mornings and evenings.
