Description
Savquip Contracting Pvt Ltd is looking for a Business Development Manager. The role involves driving company growth by finding new opportunities, building client relationships and expanding market reach.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategy & Planning: Develop growth strategies, identify new markets, trends and customer needs, and map business strengths.
* Sales & Outreach: Generate leads, pitch proposals, negotiate contracts, cold‐call and attend networking events.
* Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, manage accounts and foster loyalty.
* Partnerships: Identify and establish strategic alliances with non‐competing businesses for shared growth.
* Market Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of products, services, and industry trends.
* Internal & External Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external partners to create opportunities.
Required Skills

Educational Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field is required. An MBA will be an added advantage.
Experience
3–5 years of experience in sales, marketing or business development roles, with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets, growing client bases and implementing business strategies.
Industry Knowledge
Mining, automotive and civil industries.
