Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping staff
* Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure they meet cleanliness and presentation standards
* Train and support the housekeeping team, fostering a positive team culture
* Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory, ensuring that all areas are adequately stocked
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
What we are looking for
* Previous experience in a Housekeeping Supervisor role is essential
* Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety standards
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and make decisions based on priorities and guest needs
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and housekeeping management software
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required
* A current valid driver's license is essential
