Our client is a well-established Australian business known for delivering premium design-focused solutions into residential homes.

About the Role

We're looking for a confident and personable Sales Consultant to join their Pagewood-based team, looking after showroom consultations as well as occasional on-site client meetings. This is a hands‐on, end‐to‐end sales role that will see you work with a high‐end product and engage with homeowners, builders and design professionals. You'll guide customers through their purchasing journey from initial enquiry through to final delivery.

Day-to-Day
* Managing inbound enquiries and proactively following up leads
* Welcoming clients into the showroom and conducting consultations
* Attending occasional site visits to understand project scope, requirements and progress
* Presenting solutions that balance compliance, practicality and design
* Preparing quotes, managing negotiations and closing sales
* Attending trade shows, site visits and handovers
* Keeping clients informed at every stage of the project
* Coordinating project documentation and updating CRM systems
Qualifications
* Experience in sales, BDM, B2B or a consultative client-facing role
* Confident building relationships with a range of stakeholders including homeowners, builders and designers
* Comfortable following up leads as well as new business development
* Strong communication skills with a personable, professional approach
* Exposure to construction, residential projects, building plans or design, or keen to learn
* Experience with premium high-value products would be ideal
* Organised with solid admin and CRM capability
* A proactive, positive mindset with a willingness to learn
