About the Role
As a Branch Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting customers throughout their buying journey — from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
You will be responsible for showroom sales, customer relationship management, coordinating vehicle deliveries, and supporting trade shows and promotional events.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service
* Welcome and assist walk-in and online customers
* Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
* Manage sales enquiries and follow up leads
* Drive sales outcomes and achieve branch targets
* Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process
Vehicle Delivery Coordination
* Assist with pre-delivery preparation and customer handovers
* Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams to ensure smooth delivery processes
* Ensure customers receive a professional and positive delivery experience
Events & Trade Show Support
* Support showroom events, expos, and trade shows
* Assist with setup and pack down for exhibitions
* Represent the brand professionally during promotional activities
About You
* Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Results-driven with a proactive attitude
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
* Well-organised with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable working weekends and attending events when required
* Full working rights in Australia
Preferred but Not Essential
* Experience in automotive, caravan, camping, or outdoor industries
* Experience in showroom or exhibition sales
* Mandarin speaking skills highly regarded
* Current Australian driver's licence
